We Offer Free Standard Complimentary Shipping on all Orders.

We aim to process all orders made before 3 PM on the same day. Any orders made thereafter will be processed the following next working day.

USA Delivery

Standard USA Delivery (3-7 days) - Deliveries are Monday to Friday and delivered in 3-7 working days. 

Express Shipping USA  (1-3 days) - Shipping is Monday to Saturday and subject to cut off time of 3PM GST. All orders are fully tracked and a signature is required upon receipt.

Express International Shipping - There is a shipping fee which covers the courier for Express International Shipments. Deliveries are Monday to Friday and delivered in 1-3 working days excluding weekends. 

All international orders will be shipped via our chosen courier service DHL, Fedex or UPS.

Online Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email our Customer Service Representative within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange a return. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund.  

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest UPS,DHL or Fedex. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.  We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery,Regal Gold Boutique will not issue return credit.  

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Regal Gold Boutique and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

PLEASE NOTE: The 30 day guarantee applies only to items purchased at FULL RETAIL PRICE. Final Sale items are NON- REFUNDABLE

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will provide a refund excluding the shipping fee. 

Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If in the event you require an exchange, we will process the exchange on the basis of the merchandise are exchanged unworn, with tags intact and no stains. Please send an email to for exchange instructions.
